Working out with us once a week is a great way to stay on track with your progress. You’ll have access to the recording so you can do more workouts on your own at home, outdoors, or at the gym. Another game changer is the support you will get in our private community from like-minded members. Weekly check-ins from Malin will not only hold you accountable but also assure real results.
One of the most unique and exciting features is the online coaching session that will take place 30 minutes prior to the workout. The coaching is based on the book “WAKE UP Your Body + Mind After 50!” and each chapter is a new *module for the week. You will see a huge difference in working out right after the coaching – you will feel much more motivated! Adding more knowledge about health and fitness will make you unstoppable in your transformation to a stronger body and mind!
